Site Merchandising & Marketing Associate

MeUndies is seeking a Site Merchandising and Marketing Associate to help optimize and enhance the online shopping experience on their retail e-commerce site. The role involves managing product listings, analyzing website KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align merchandising with brand initiatives. Responsibilities Merchandise and manage product listings on the e-commerce site, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience Schedule and maintain all marketing assets on site Set up and QA promotions on site before final review Analyze key website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align site merchandising with brand initiatives Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly to enhance site functionality and efficiency Stay informed on e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation Skills 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketing, preferably with retail brands Experience working with Shopify and their suite of tools including discounts and product catalog management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and make data-driven recommendations Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with Algolia or similar merchandising tools Experience with Builder.io or similar headless asset management tools Experience with Asana or similar project management tools Benefits Discretionary annual bonuses Generous parental leave A 401k Fantastic health benefits Open time off Catered lunches every in-office day Holiday parties Off-sites Happy hours An annual retreat Employee discount Company Overview MeUndies brings together sustainable fabric and innovative design to make soft underwear and loungewear for its customers.
