As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Solidworks PDM admin to join our team and own a key system that drives/enables the engineering work flow.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced PDM Administrator to own the global workflow, configuration, documentation and user management within the engineering organization.. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, chemists and technicians to drive towards solutions that scale..Responsibilities:• System Setup and Configuration:• Installing, configuring, and maintaining the SOLIDWORKS PDM software and vaults.• User Management:• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the PDM system.• Workflow Management:• Creating, modifying, and managing workflows to ensure efficient data management processes.• Data Management:• Ensuring data integrity, implementing data management policies, and optimizing data storage and retrieval.• Troubleshooting and Support:• Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving support tickets.• Training and Documentation:• Developing training materials, conducting user training, and creating comprehensive system documentation.
