Sr. BizDev Manager, Amazon Pharmacy

About the position Responsibilities • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies that align with Amazon Pharmacy's and the client's business objectives • Lead RFP responses for expanded business opportunities and contract re-negotiations • Partner with product and technical teams to ensure our roadmap addresses strategic client needs • Create scalable processes and frameworks to support account growth and team efficiency • Serve as the voice of our key clients within Amazon Pharmacy, advocating for their needs and translating them into actionable insights Requirements • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules • Experience in healthcare, preferably Pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy-adjacent Nice-to-haves • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements • The ideal candidate for this role will have a Pharm.D or pharmacy tech certification • Sales and account management experience • Demonstrated history of growing existing accounts, increasing revenue YoY • Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Account Services, Tech, Product, Legal, and Compliance. • Demonstrate clear, concise, written and oral communication.
