We are seeking a talented Sr. Director to lead our Applied AI/ML team in the Discovery division. As the Sr. Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our AI/ML strategy to drive growth and customer success. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in AI/ML and a drive to innovate and push boundaries. Develop and execute the Applied AI/ML strategy for the Discovery division, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals. Lead and manage a team of talented AI/ML professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive innovation and ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI/ML technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products and services. Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases that will have the most significant impact on the company's growth and customer success. Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and meet the company's quality standards. Monitor and analyze the performance of AI/ML solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable AI/ML initiatives. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's AI/ML capabilities and drive customer adoption. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform the company's AI/ML roadmap. Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior leadership, outlining the team's progress, challenges, and opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our AI/ML expertise and thought leadership. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to AI/ML technology.
