The Role: As Hazel’s People Business Partner to our Growth and G&A functions, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Enterprise GTM, Marketing, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance, and Legal. You’ll play a critical role in helping these functions scale with clarity, speed, and performance - driving org design, performance management, manager effectiveness, team health, and talent planning.
