About the position Responsibilities • Leading design initiatives for complex projects, anticipating challenges, and providing strategic guidance on product-level design decisions. • Championing AI tool adoption across design workflows to improve efficiency and mentoring team members in AI-enhanced techniques. • Designing multi-team systems, synthesizing business requirements, user research, and technical constraints into actionable design strategies. • Participating in pre-sales efforts, assessing design feasibility, and providing accurate project estimates to inform client proposals. • Facilitating cross-team collaboration, breaking down complex problems, and serving as a role model for design excellence. • Driving process leadership, guiding design discussions, building consensus, and mentoring junior and senior designers to promote continuous learning. Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise across web and mobile platforms. • Proven experience designing complex systems and developing coherent design strategies. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, design tokens, and engineer annotations. • Hands-on experience with AI integration tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Figma Make, or similar for workflow optimization. • Strong systems thinking capabilities with the ability to make strategic trade-offs and deliver measurable outcomes. • Leadership skills including mentoring, team facilitation, and accurate project estimation. • Excellent communication skills and experience in pre-sales assessment or client-facing activities. • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent industry experience.
