Strong Middle/Senior Project Manager

Building, maintaining, and overviewing the project team structure to meet successful project goals and objectives Monitoring and implementing improvements to project-related communications at all levels Maintaining and changing project management processes; establishing new processes from scratch, optimizing the current ones Leading and directing software development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality (with the help of other PMs) Introducing and using best-in-class delivery metrics to achieve, monitor, and control target project performance goals Creating, maintaining, and updating the project management documentation and revising it as appropriate Managing risks Building trusting and reliable relationship with customers 5+ years of experience in project management position (multiple project experience is a must) 4+ years of experience in roles within an agile software development environment Strong and proven people management abilities Experience in pre-sales activities (leading a pre-sale team, working with risks and assumptions) Experience in working with project coordinator, cooperating with other project managers Good delegation skills Good relationship management Experience in dependency and risk management Experience in resolving escalations Upper-Intermediate level of English Personal Profile High level of self-organization Attention to details Strong communication and people skills Strong leadership skills Problem-solving experience Sigma Software is a place where Nordic Traditions meet Ukrainian Spirit to create Superior Software.
