Systematic Layout Plan Consultant for warehouses, labs, manufacturing, and storage
We moved into a facility a couple of years ago, it took 10 months to close the loan, and we weren’t going to plan while uncertain if we would get the facility. We had one month to make decisions, remodel, and move. Now is the time to do it right as we grow and find the layout very inefficient. One key consideration, and current inefficiency. Is the flow of equipment upon receipt, through the calibration lab, back into inventory. Then when rented again, picked, pulled, packaged and shipped. We want an experienced SLP consultant, preferably with equipment distributor, calibration lab, or similar project experience. Another consideration is I have been living in Mexico for ~6 months but am most suited for forecasting and defining needs. We do have a quality manager on site who will be helpful as well.
