HUB International is BC’s largest Insurance Broker, seeking a self-motivated Team Administrator for their Commercial Division. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing documentation, managing account reconciliation, and supporting various production teams. Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams Follows HUB Service Guidelines Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows Formally corresponds with customers and insurers Manages account reconciliation working with Accounting team Maintains accuracy of electronic files Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis Continues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities Skills A Level 2 insurance license is required; however, if you're not fully licensed, we'll support you in gaining the certification as part of your career development with us Demonstrates excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment 1-2 years of relevant experience Benefits Company matching RRSP contributions Tuition financing and career-related training and development Customizable flexible benefits options for you and your family Mental and physical wellness initiatives A positive, collaborative and team-oriented environment Ongoing personal and career development Company Overview HUB International is an insurance brokerage company that offers employee benefits, business, and personal insurance products and services.
