Telehealth Patient Support Specialist — Nights/Weekends (Remote)

The ideal candidate is: • Excited to learn • Excellent at problem-solving and critical thinking • Quick at learning new technology systems since this job is fully remote • Have a decent medical knowledge base and willingness to learn basic medical support information. Responsibilities • Work nights and weekends to help answer patient questions after-hours • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via our online systems. • Collaborate with team members to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions. • Seek to be efficient and effective in solving patient questions and concerns Experience • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with different online software programs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
