Transformation Finance Director

Job Description: • At Revelyst, we are a collective of makers, designing and manufacturing performance gear and precision technologies that push the limits of what’s possible in the outdoors. • Our brands are driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and cross-functional collaboration to redefine industry standards. • As part of the Transformation Office, the Transformation Finance Director will work closely with the CTO (Chief Transformation Officer), SVP Enterprise Finance, and key business leaders to execute and measure the impact of a large-scale, multi-year transformation program. • This role will fully lead and own impact measurement and tracking related to the transformation, ensuring effective integration with overall company financials. • The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong bias for action. • They must also have strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate business cases at both a high level and a more granular level (e.g., tracking to the P&L). • This position reports to the Sr. Vice President of Finance - Enterprise & Supply Chain and will be based in Providence, Rhode Island or Irvine, CA. Requirements: • 8+ years of leadership in business, preferably working in large-scale business transformation, change enablement/change management programs, and projects. • CPA/public accounting background, CFA, and/or significant experience in corporate FP&A. • Hands-on approach, not afraid to get into the weeds and ‘run problems to ground’. • Technology adept and experienced in managing large data sets and data visualization tools. • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred. • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with weak data, using judgment and reasonable assumptions to close gaps. • Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with and delivering for senior executive leaders and PE sponsors (e.g., Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, CFO, Controller). • Prior experience in management consulting is an asset.
