And BCHH is backed by title underwriting and financial strength of Stewart Title. Position Overview BCHH is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for timely delivery of title searches nationwide with external vendors, communicating internally with team members to ensure a seamless title ordering process. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the assignment and coordination of our vendor network to ensure timely completion of title searches across the country. • Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the title ordering process from initial intake to the delivery of title abstracts. • Handle communication with vendors regarding outstanding searches, resolve any issues that arise, and manage reassignment as necessary. • Maintain detailed records and notes in operating system on order status, vendor-related issues to ensure timely resolution, and collaborate with management to escalate matters when required. • Research property ownership when borrower/owner not in title • Additional tasks as assigned Requirements: • 2+ years title experience with abstracts on 24-month chain, all assessment pages, judgment dockets, legal description. • 2+ years tax review experience (review a certificate and online websites) • Excel proficient Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of Title Examination experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information clearly. • Ability to work independently. • RamQuest experience is a plus.
