Position: Vendor Operations Oversight Specialist (Medicare) Location: Myrtle Point Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: • Salary up to $99,000 per year • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement • Flexible work schedules with options for remote, hybrid, field, or office work • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Quarterly in-office meetings to foster collaboration and team engagement Responsibilities • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements • Develop and implement effective vendor oversight programs in collaboration with key stakeholders • Standardize processes for tracking and documenting vendor oversight activities • Assist vendors in developing and completing corrective action plans for identified deficiencies • Serve as a subject matter expert on current CMS requirements for operational functions and vendor oversight Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in managed care operations, compliance, auditing, project management, or business analysis, preferably within the Medicare field • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on large-scale projects • Ability to evaluate, understand, and communicate regulatory and business requirements • Demonstrated understanding of relationships and dependencies between functional areas Preferred Qualifications • Experience in vendor management or oversight programs • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to healthcare operations • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Prior experience in a remote work environment #Healthcare Services #Vendor Management #Career Opportunity #Competitive Pay #Remote Work We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
