Very Easy Job: Be Part of a Fun Quiz Video Call, 15-20 minutes (GERMAN ONLY)

Hi, I’m looking for someone originally from German to join me in a short and fun video recording (around 15–20 minutes) where we’ll play a light quiz together that will be on youtube (you'll be one of many contestants). That’s it. Nothing complicated, just simple and easy work. Requirements: - Originally From Germany and Fluent in English - Comfortable being on video - Has a stable and reliable internet connection - You agree to grant me the rights to video we recorded so i can upload on youtube or any other platforms - the video edit might have some funny exaggerated editings, here and there to make video more funny No need to worry about your Upwork rating, this is a super easy job and meant to be fun. We’ll reach out if we need you.) ————— Some terms and conditions ——— - All recordings made under this contract are considered “work made for hire.” Full ownership (video, audio, performance) belongs to the Client. - Freelancer waives any claims to royalties, credit, ownership, or takedown requests now or in the future. - Freelancer grants Client perpetual, worldwide rights to record, edit, publish, distribute, and monetize the video on YouTube or any other platforms. - Freelancer consents to the use of their name, voice, image, country and likeness in the final video and any related promotional materials. - Freelancer grants me full, perpetual, worldwide rights to edit, publish, and monetize the recording. - No royalty/credit/ownership claims later. - Freelancer may not share raw footage or behind-the-scenes material without Client’s written permission. - Freelancer explicitly consents to being recorded (voice and video) during the session, including when recordings are made through an external link or platform outside of Upwork. - The video recording session itself serves as the deliverable — Freelancer should not submit any file or work manually on Upwork. - Freelancer grants the Client full, perpetual, worldwide rights to use, edit, publish, distribute, and monetize the recording in any form or platform. - Freelancer permanently assigns all rights in the recording (including video, audio, likeness, and performance) to the Client, even if it does not qualify as “work made for hire” under applicable law. - Freelancer waives any right to request takedowns, royalties, credit, or ownership claims now or in the future. - Freelancer understands and agrees that the final video may include humorous, exaggerated, or satirical edits for entertainment purposes, and waives any claim of defamation, misrepresentation, or emotional distress related to such edits.
