Virtual Brand Liaison and Operations Assistant 10-15 Hours per Week (IC-CE) - Mom to Virtual Assistant - Denver, CO - work from home job Company: Mom to Virtual Assistant Job description: We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Inbox Management: Keep the inbox organized, prioritizing and responding to emails in a timely manner. Calendar Management: Maintain an organized calendar, schedule calls, and ensure no conflicts in appointments. Brand Interface: Communicate and coordinate with brands via email, acting as a point of liaison and ensuring smooth collaborations. Process Creation: Develop, implement, and manage internal structure and processes to streamline operations. Brands & POC Tracking: Organize and maintain a system for tracking interactions with brands and Points of Contact (POC). Invoice Management: Handle invoicing processes, ensuring they are sent, tracked, and followed up on efficiently. Point of Inquiry: Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties when necessary. Daily Touchpoints: Schedule and conduct quick daily touchpoints to align on priorities and tasks. Ad Hoc Support: Be prepared to jump in and provide assistance for miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. Platforms and Tools • Google Suite • QuickBooks • Asana / Trello • Canva Requirements • Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks, and project management tools like Asana or Trello. • Strong experience in PR, working with brands, or account management. • Tech-savvy with excellent grammar skills. • Organized: Capable of handling various tasks and responsibilities effectively. • Deadline-Oriented: Committed to completing tasks in a timely manner. • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in all responsibilities. • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability. • Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time.
