We are seeking an experienced and strategic account leader to manage and grow enterprise wellness client relationships. This role is focused on driving expansion revenue through upsells, cross-sells, Proof of Concept (POC) conversions, and contract renewals while maintaining exceptional customer retention. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, including VP and C-suite executives, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure commercial strategies are effectively executed. The ideal candidate combines industry knowledge, consultative sales expertise, and strong digital performance marketing skills to deliver measurable business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, influence high-value accounts, and lead both people and commercial initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Accountabilities: • Serve as the primary commercial partner for enterprise wellness clients, engaging directly with VP and C-suite stakeholders. • Drive revenue growth through POC conversions, upsells, cross-sells, and achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. • Retain enterprise customers by delivering exceptional account management, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights. • Independently manage renewals and expansions of high-value contracts ($500K+ ARR) to ensure long-term partnerships. • Develop and implement commercial strategies and playbooks for the wellness vertical. • Collaborate with internal teams to align execution with broader commercial goals and client needs. • Lead and mentor account teams while actively managing your own portfolio of accounts. • Requirements: • Proven ability to independently renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR, with a strong track record of upsells and cross-sells. • Experience in the wellness industry or strong familiarity with enterprise wellness client dynamics. • Expertise in digital performance marketing, omnichannel engagement, and consultative account management; CRM and call center integration experience is a plus. • Skilled in engaging VP/C-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions. • High intellectual and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex situations and deliver solutions. • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly consultative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while managing personal account responsibilities. • Benefits: • Competitive compensation with strong incentives tied to growth, expansion, and retention goals. • Remote work options with flexible scheduling across EST, PST, CT, or AST time zones. • Comprehensive healthcare and benefits package. • Opportunity to shape commercial strategy and influence enterprise wellness accounts. • Collaborative, high-performance culture that values strategic thinking and results.
