Will likely require training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area) Schedule : This is 24/7 facility, and we will be hiring for 2 different shift times in this role, both working for 13 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break: Friday through Sunday 6am-7pm Friday through Sunday 6pm-7am Why Join Wesco? What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas. Compensation Details: $24.49 - $31.00 Per Hour This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
