Job Title: Watcher, Location: Carmine We are looking for a skilled Watcher to join our team at Netflix. The successful candidate will be responsible for watching movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other original content on Netflix and assigning relevant metadata and tags that help improve Netflix's recommendation algorithm. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities: • Watch movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other original content on Netflix. • Assign relevant metadata and tags to improve Netflix's recommendation algorithm. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality of work. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve tagging accuracy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with metadata and tagging concepts.
