While our property is located in the heart of Castine, Maine, we are expanding our team with remote professionals who can provide excellent customer support from anywhere. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist our guests with reservations, inquiries, and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests by phone, email, and online platforms. Your role is to ensure that each guest receives friendly, accurate, and timely assistance, helping us maintain our tradition of personalized service. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while supporting a guest-focused hospitality environment. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from guests • Assist with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and special requests • Provide information on room availability, amenities, and local attractions • Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed • Document all guest interactions and maintain accurate records in the system • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits • Support administrative tasks related to reservations and guest services Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality is a plus • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Comfortable using computers, email, and reservation/CRM systems (training provided) • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet connection • Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor when handling guest concerns What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Flexible work-from-home schedule (with some weekend or evening availability) • Paid training and ongoing support • Opportunities for growth within the hospitality field Apply tot his job
