Workday Consultant (HR & File Transfer Integration)

Job Title: Workday Consultant (HR & File Transfer Integration) Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Contract (1099 or C2C) / Full-Time (W2) Rate: $65/hr on Contract or $50/hr on W2 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with a strong background in HR modules and file transfer integrations. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing Workday HCM configurations and ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between Workday and third-party systems. Responsibilities • Configure, test, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, etc.) • Develop and maintain file-based integrations using EIBs, Workday Studio, or related tools • Manage secure file transfers (SFTP, PGP encryption, etc.) for HR and payroll data • Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to analyze, design, and implement solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve data or integration issues promptly • Participate in release management, regression testing, and system enhancements • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and integrations Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures • Proven experience with Workday file transfers and integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs, SFTP) • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking • Familiarity with Workday Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, or Workday Prism • Workday certification(s) in HCM or Integrations a plus • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour Experience: • Workday HR & File Transfer Integration): 6 years (Preferred) • Workday HCM : 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
