The Walt Disney Company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Activities Manager to join our team. As the Youth Activities Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring to life the magic of Disney for children of all ages. If you have a strong background in youth programming and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement a comprehensive youth activities program that aligns with the Disney brand and values. Plan and organize engaging and age-appropriate activities for children of all ages, including interactive games, crafts, and educational experiences. Manage a team of youth activity coordinators and ensure they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional experiences for children. Collaborate with other departments and teams to incorporate Disney characters and themes into youth activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in youth activities by adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Monitor and manage the budget for youth activities, including purchasing supplies and materials. Develop relationships with local schools and organizations to promote and expand the youth activities program. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in youth programming to continuously enhance the program.
