Financial Analyst (Associate and Experienced)

The role involves conducting financial analysis, collaborating with teams, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance metrics Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools Develop performance reports Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, in some cases leverages earned value management practices, and support variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative lead for cross-business/Center of Excellence (COE) engagements Partner with IDT&S, Corporate Functions, or Enterprise Services facing functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness Train and mentor junior analysts Complete peer reviews Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher 1+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management) 1+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 1+ years of experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced, Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI) Willingness to Learn: If you're eager to learn, think critically, and like to take on new challenges, you're exactly who we're looking for Initiative: We value individuals who take the initiative, seek opportunities, and contribute proactively to our dynamic team Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Must have the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong leadership skills: Must have the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in using productivity tools and software Critical Thinking Skills: Bring your analytical prowess to the table – we want individuals who can analyze data and make informed decisions that impact our global operations Collaboration and Independence: Strike the perfect balance.
