HR Coordinator - Contract

Endeavour Solutions Inc. is a leading Microsoft Partner for ERP, CRM, and AI Cloud Business Applications. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator for a three-month contract to support their HR team and manage specific initiatives that advance the organization’s Human Resources goals. Responsibilities Participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of systems supporting foundational HR programs, including HRIS employee data and benefits administration Assist with an HRIS implementation project, including data transfer, configuration, and validation Support recruitment activities such as conducting reference checks and scheduling interviews Process and maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation in compliance with legislation and HR best practices Provide information and guidance to employees to support understanding of corporate and compliance policies and procedures Develop and maintain HR metrics and support analytics and reporting activities Respond to general HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare employment letters, monthly newsletters, and other HR communications Skills Previous experience supporting HR programs, systems, or implementations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or BambooHR a strong asset CHRP designation in progress a strong asset Company Overview At Endeavor4, we strive to make every system smarter, every process simpler, and every decision yield success – because we strive to deliver everyday excellence for our clients.
