Internal Audit Support Analyst

Job Description: • Supports projects and audits by ensuring data and technical requirements are met • Assists in testing analytical components of audit projects • Assists in ensuring data integrity on projects and audits • Use SQL and various systems to pull all data samplings needed for Internal Audits • Create spreadsheets, charts and graphs for all Internal Audit activities • Perform research on Client CAPs and establish a Root Cause • Assist in performing Security and IT related Internal Audits • Conduct Internal Audits for access control on Verisys Systems • Maintain Rosters and spreadsheets for Client CAPs • Complete risk-based projects in a timely manner with high accuracy • Ensure data stored by Internal Audit is consistent with Verisys Policies • Perform training on Internal Audit Tools and Verisys Systems • Perform QA on data sampling completed by Internal Auditors • Assist in completing audits that are data-driven or high-risk • Manage day-to-day Internal Audit activities in an organized manner • Ensure proper documentation of evidence on audits and projects • Follow all policies for the Internal Audit Team and Verisys • Ensure confidentiality on all information encountered during audit activities Requirements: • Internal audit or quality assurance experience (minimum of 3 years preferred) • Expert level in Excel and Google Sheets with a high degree of proficiency (minimum of 3-5 years preferred) • Proficient in SQL query writing with experience • Sharp eye for detail and ability to spot deviations, abnormalities, and anomalies • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and have excellent time management skills • Ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively • Strong Data analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: • Give back to the community • Make a positive impact on the environment • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives • Support, coaching, and training for career advancement • Culture of innovation that values ideas Apply tot his job
