Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Program Manager who can lead client engagements end-to-end, translating business needs into practical AI solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to drive strategy, execution, and measurable results across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client outcomes, including ROI and adoption
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver AI systems
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring progress, timelines, and quality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and align priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in program management, consulting, product, or similar roles
- Experience working with clients and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
