This is a fixed-price design project to create a landing page and thank you page using Figma. The goal is a clean, on-brand design that follows a provided example and is ready for developer handoff.
Proposal Requirements
Please include:
2–3 examples of landing pages you’ve designed in Figma
A brief description of your process for preparing designs for developer handoff
Confirmation of your availability to meet the timeline outlined below
We Will Provide
Brand kit (logos, colors, typography, brand guidelines)
Final or near-final page copy
Example landing page (LP) to use as a layout and structure reference
Scope
Design 1 landing page + 1 thank you page
Desktop-first design with responsive behavior clearly considered
Design only (no development or coding required)
This is a fixed-price engagement based on the scope defined here
Timeline Expectations
Project kickoff: Within 2 business days after contract start
Initial design + PDF mockup: Within 3 business days after kickoff
Revision rounds: Turnaround within 2 business days per round
Final delivery: Within 7–10 business days, assuming timely feedback
Timelines may adjust slightly based on feedback cycles. Clear communication and responsiveness are expected.
Phase 1: Design & Mockup
Create the landing page and thank you page designs in Figma
Follow the structure and layout principles of the provided example LP
Apply provided brand standards consistently
Use clean, organized layers and reusable components in Figma
Phase 2: PDF Mockup for Review
Export the Figma designs as a PDF mockup for review and approval
PDF should include:
Full page layouts (above-the-fold through footer)
Finalized typography, colors, and spacing
All visual elements in place (icons, imagery, CTAs)
Submit PDF for feedback
Incorporate requested changes and resubmit as needed
Maximum of 2–3 revision rounds
Phase 3: Final Design & File Delivery (Post-Approval)
Once the PDF mockup is approved:
Finalize the Figma file as the source of truth
Ensure the Figma file is:
Cleanly organized
Properly named layers and components
Using reusable text styles, color styles, and components where applicable
Asset Export & Handoff Requirements
Export all design assets from Figma, including:
Images (PNG/JPG as appropriate)
Icons (SVG preferred)
Logos (SVG/PNG as needed)
Any background graphics or UI elements
Provide assets at appropriate resolutions for web use
Deliver assets in a clearly labeled folder structure
Final Deliverables
Approved PDF mockup
Final Figma file (shared and exported as a ZIP file)
Complete exported asset package
Milestone Payment Structure (Fixed Price)
Payments will be released upon completion of each milestone:
Milestone 1 – Initial Design & PDF Mockup
Delivery of initial PDF mockup for both pages
40% payment
Milestone 2 – Revisions & Final PDF Approval
Completion of approved revisions (up to 2–3 rounds)
Final PDF approval
30% payment
Milestone 3 – Final Figma & Asset Delivery
Delivery of finalized Figma file
Export and delivery of all assets
30% payment
Ownership & Rights
Upon final payment, all design work, source files, and exported assets become the exclusive property of the client
The client will have full, unlimited rights to use, modify, and distribute the designs and assets
Contractor may not reuse, resell, or redistribute the designs or assets without written permission
Contractor may include the work in a portfolio only with client approval
