Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

Role Overview:
• We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to support enterprise customers through focused technical engagements. The ideal candidate will help improve the health, performance, and overall success of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations.
• This role requires deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Microsoft Dataverse along with strong consulting skills to guide customers on best practices, architecture, governance, and proactive environment assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and advisory services for Dynamics 365 CRM environments
• Conduct health checks and performance assessments for D365 and Power Platform solutions
• Architect and optimize Customer Engagement solutions (Sales, Service, Field Service)
• Implement governance, security models, and compliance best practices
• Configure and administer Model-Driven Apps
• Customize and integrate D365 with external systems
• Manage environments via Power Platform Admin Center
• Educate customers on product features and solution enhancements
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve system performance and scalability
Required Skills & Expertise:
Hands-on experience in:
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Dynamics 365 Field Service
Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Platform Admin Center
Experience with:
• Model-driven apps (administration, customization, integration)
• Security roles, governance models, and environment strategy
• Strong architectural understanding of D365 and Power Platform foundation technologies
• Excellent communication and consulting capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
