What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Cvent registration platform and manage website updates
- Oversee execution of sponsorship deliverables and manage financial tracking of sponsorship payments
- Manage the lifecycle of conference swag and merchandise, including purchasing and inventory oversight
- Provide timely customer support and communication for attendee registration and logistical issues
- Assist the Events Manager in monitoring event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of direct experience in event management, specifically for large-scale user conferences with 5,000+ attendees
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
- Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments
- Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor and internal queries
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
