**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* At least 18 years of age
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
* Successful completion of training course
* Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
* Previous airline experience or front-line customer service experience preferred

**Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Agent, Cross-Trained, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues across various channels. You'll be required to:
* Use computers and other office equipment
* Work in an airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
* Work all shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
* Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly
* Assist disabled customers, including pushing wheelchairs
**Starting Salary**
The starting salary for this role is $16.54 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
