**Key Responsibilities**
As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international passengers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Your duties will include:

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Computer Literacy**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical Ability**: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Legally Authorized to Work**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance and Uniform Requirements**: Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
