You'll work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and enjoying the flexibility that comes with being an independent contractor. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Schedule and Earnings** * Flexible work schedule options available, with majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime * Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client hours of operation) * Contract earnings $12 per hour * Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers * Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Technology and Equipment Requirements** * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication into client and arenaflex systems * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS) **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
