**Job Overview**
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, or email, assisting them with all their needs. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and enjoying the flexibility that comes with being an independent contractor.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication into client and arenaflex systems
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
