Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to 50-70 individuals every day, responding to their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits with ease and precision, using your knowledge and skills to resolve issues and provide support
