**Job Description**
As a Trader Administrations Group captain, you will report directly to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service to our merchants. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all key metrics

* Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for merchants

* Answer and address customer complaints and concerns from merchants and customers
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
* Bachelor's degree

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
