**Job Responsibilities:**

* Accurately entering and maintaining site database within assigned timelines
* Providing clerical support for Investigator Services, including faxing documents and filing
* Handling order supplies and resend report requests received by fax or email
* Utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills for effective task completion
* Maintaining professional phone etiquette in the English language
**What We're Looking For:**
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months of customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required
* Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate computer literacy
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in typing, filing, and basic computer operations
