**Job Description**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk and Help Desk Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Account creation and online portal registration for clients
* Processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
* Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Account creation and online portal registration for clients
* Processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk operations

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
