Description:
• Design and build multi-dimensional Pigment applications that replace spreadsheets and existing solutions.
• Translate customer business requirements into documented solution designs and architectures.
• Train customers to become self-sufficient in using and maintaining Pigment applications.
• Serve as the bridge between customer stakeholders and Pigment’s product team to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
• Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
• Integrate source systems and deliver migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Develop and maintain design, architecture, and implementation documentation.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve implementation methodology and processes.
• Manage and maintain the quality of implementations delivered by partners.
Requirements:
• 3+ years hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.
• 3+ years consultative experience at a large company (financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, etc.) or at a management consulting firm implementing EPM platforms for large clients.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to diverse stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain.
• Comfortable working with high volumes of unstructured data and able to structure and validate that data.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
• Experience with integrations, connectors, APIs, and migration processes (preferred).
