**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced LPN - Occupational Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
* **CARE COORDINATION**: Supporting and coordinating care for Onsite/Near-Site Model Coordinator for Community Resources, including program development, onsite preventative services, primary care/specialist referrals for employees, and more.
* **WORKER'S COMPENSATION**: Managing case management to facilitate the Worker's Comp process, facilitating referrals, ensuring appropriate care, prescriptions, and scheduling studies and return-to-work assessments.
* **OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE**: Evaluating all work injuries, return-to-work responsibilities, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for program development and services.
* **MEDICAL MANAGEMENT**: Evaluating and treating all injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions in an efficient and professional manner within nursing scope of practice and guidelines.
* **PREVENTION**: Developing and implementing Wellness Campaigns, identifying prevention and health opportunities, promoting immunizations, and attending monthly safety meetings.
* **HEALTH COACHING**: Educating employees on prevention, chronic disease, and health opportunities, initial goal setting, and steering them into Health & Wellness programs.
* **ADMINISTRATIVE**: Managing medical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, charting within Electronic Health Record, and more.
**Essential Qualifications**
* LPN license with active license in Georgia, in good standing, preferably multi-state licensure.
* At least 2 or more years of nursing experience.
* CPR Certificate - American Heart Association.
* Electronic Health Record and computer skills required.
* Ability to work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge/Experience of the manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge/Experience with occupational health nursing.
* Knowledge of recordable and non-recordable accidents.
* Bilingual in Spanish.
