We're proud of our reputation for excellence and strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. **Job Role and Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department * Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery * Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner **Schedule and Work Environment** * Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday) **Qualifications and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience (at least 1 year) * Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan) * Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Remote Work Requirements** * arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone * You'll need to provide your own high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
