Role Description
This contract role is for a Business System Analyst with CareTends EMR experience. The position is based in Apopka, FL, with a hybrid work model that allows some flexibility for remote work. The Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating across teams to develop solutions that improve efficiency and performance. This role also involves troubleshooting system-related issues and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the CareTends EMR system.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and understanding of Business Requirements
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Systems Analysis
• Experience working with CareTends EMR system or similar healthcare software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with project-based service delivery is a plus
• Familiarity with hybrid
