The Agora Companies is an independent financial publisher seeking an entry level HTML/CSS Email Production Specialist. The role involves coding and QA’ing HTML emails, managing distribution lists, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day execution of our email program, including building emails, creating audience segments, setting up tests, and scheduling email campaigns and journeys
- Production of cross-channel campaigns when applicable – SMS, Web Posts and Ads, Push
- Communicating and working closely with other teams, such as marketing and editorial, in order to create a consistent, enriching omnichannel experience for our readers
- Monitoring compliance and deliverability best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Organized with a keen eye for details
- Experience working with Email Frameworks, Email Marketing Platforms, and Content Management Systems
- HTML/CSS email coding experience is a plus, especially the MJML Framework
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms is a plus
