Z Networks is an IT consulting company that also offers MSP services. The IT Technician will provide helpdesk services remotely and on-site, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Technician will work out of our Marysville location providing over the phone or remote helpdesk services, and when needed will be dispatched to client’s location for in person on premise helpdesk services or project implementation
- Will be responsible for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Will correspond and provide collaborative support to other team members
- Will be responsible for updating documentation and processes
- Will be responsible for briefing IT Coordinator and executives
