• Meet with clients remotely (video, phone, email) or in person to assess their financial and insurance needs.
• Recommend and sell life insurance products (term, whole, universal), annuities, and related financial protection or investment solutions.
• Utilize company-provided tools—CRM, quoting systems, and back-office technology—to manage client relationships, track leads, and stay organized.
• Participate in ongoing training including webinars, product education, sales coaching, and industry updates.
• For those interested in leadership: build and lead a team, mentor new agents, and develop a downline or agency structure with overrides and leadership commissions.
• Benefit from high earning potential with competitive commission payouts—new agents often start around ~70% with opportunities for higher splits as production increases.
• Enjoy ownership of your book of business from Day 1 with full agency ownership rights.
