Job Description:
• Analyzing customer usage data for Ryder's products to identify sales and expansion opportunities
• Communicating with business stakeholders to understand Ryder's products
• Coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources
• Developing plans for data ingestion utilizing IT resources
• Ensuring that the ingested data meets the needs of the marketing team or recommends process improvements
• Supporting the development of a deeper understanding of current and potential customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or master's degree
• 8 years or more in big-data data analyst in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting
• 8 years or more working experience with Excel, SQL, R/, SAS/other Statistical Packages
• 1 year or more in experience in transportation/logistics industry a plus
• Customer experience insights methods, analytics, tools, and practices. Advanced
