JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all programmatic issues, concerns, and status updates while guiding the technical team from requirements to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical leadership and recommend industry best practices and governance for all task areas.
• Engage on a weekly basis to support the ongoing performance of SOW tasks.
• Utilize technical writing skills to develop and assist with project documents.
• Manage schedules, track the progress of project activities, and document and mitigate risks.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT, Business, or a related field).
• Experience: 8+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing enterprise IT infrastructure or software development projects.
• Ideal Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Requirements
