Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BeProEx is a company running two businesses, a mature service company and an early-stage AI startup. They are seeking a sharp individual to assist the founder directly in outreach and marketing for the startup as well as execution and follow-through for the service business.
Responsibilities
- Draft and post 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week (founder voice, not corporate)
- Execute outbound email and follow-up sequences for demo pipeline
- Track conversations, referrals, and warm leads — nothing slips
- Build Canva content for ads and social
- Test messaging, compare what lands, iterate fast
- Follow up on outstanding invoices — professionally, persistently, without drama
- Ensure invoices go out within 24 hours of job completion
- Keep Trello organized and flag anything that has gone quiet
- Track change orders so nothing gets missed
- Deliver a clean weekly summary without being asked
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience or are an exceptionally organized early-career communicator
- Experience in marketing, outreach, sales support, or client-facing work
- Ability to write a LinkedIn post in the founder's voice
- Ability to send a polite invoice follow-up
- Ability to pick up the phone when email is not working
- Ability to work without needing a 14-step approval process
- Ability to remain calm when things are ambiguous and decisive when they are not
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and Trello, or ability to figure it out fast
- Preference for candidates within driving distance of Orange County (LA, OC, IE) for occasional in-person collaboration
