Remote Part Time Pharmacy Technician/ Customer Service (FT/PT)

Experienced Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service Wanted!! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities: ? Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. ? Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries. ? Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. ? Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. ? Clarify orders as needed. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements: ? Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. ? Previous experience in pharmacy. ? LTC pharmacy experience preferred. ? Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Moderate to advanced computer skills required. ? Great telephone etiquette a must. ?
