Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Remote Program Director to join their team. As a Remote Program Director, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Occasional meetings in New York City may be required.

Pay Range: $115-$130/hr plus OT, Benefits
What's the Job?
• Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for the company's next-generation Case Management System (CMS) initiative, ensuring successful project execution from planning through stabilization.
• Define and refine program scope, sequencing, budget, success metrics, and risk thresholds; recommend corrective actions proactively.
• Establish and enforce effective delivery governance, decision forums, and escalation paths for a mission-critical enterprise platform.
• Provide executive-level visibility into delivery health, surfacing issues early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive organizational readiness, adoption, and operational transition related to CMS delivery.
What's Needed?
• 12+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Proven track record of managing mission-critical platform implementations such as CMS, ERP, or core business systems.
• Ability to operate effectively across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models based on program needs.
• Experience leading multi-vendor delivery environments and holding partners accountable.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
