We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Appian technologies to join our team and deliver innovative, scalable solutions across Finance & Accounting and the Automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Appian RPA and Appian AI
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN
- Develop scalable applications using Appian Solution Development
- Manage and optimize databases using MariaDB, ensuring performance and data security
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Analyze complex data to support decision‑making in Finance & Accounting and Automotive sectors
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of overall development experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Appian RPA, AI, and BPMN Modeling
- Expertise in MariaDB
- Proven experience in Appian Solution Development
- Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
