What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
- Act as a technical mentor within the Scrum team, guiding discussions, architectural decisions, and resolving technical conflicts
- Champion Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to drive team efficiency and delivery excellence
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and development best practices
- Solve complex technical problems through hands-on development, debugging, and system design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and process enhancements
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with experience in a technical leadership role preferred
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, C#, Python, Java, Angular
- Strong proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with AI assistant software
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship abilities
