Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s operations, departments, and technology stack. - Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to various departments (e.g., legal, marketing, HR, finance). - Manage Power BI Service: publish reports, configure data gateways, manage workspace permissions, and schedule data refreshes. - Integrate and transform data from multiple sources, including: - Legal and CRM platforms: Filevine, LeadDocket, HubSpot - Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive - HR and productivity tools: BambooHR, ActiveTrack - Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions by attorneys, directors, and executive leadership. - Automate reporting processes and build scalable, reusable data models. - Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing monthly/quarterly executive summaries. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through regular audits and validation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, definitions, dashboards, and reporting standards. - Provide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects and operational needs. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on Power BI dashboard development. - Advanced proficiency in: - - Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) - SQL (data extraction, transformation, and optimization) - Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Pivot) - Python: API Creation and Integration - Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook). - Strong understanding of marketing analytics (e.g., campaign attribution, funnel analysis) and financial reporting (e.g., cash flow, burn rate, revenue forecasting). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality. - Professional fluency in English (written and verbal); Spanish bilingual is a plus. - Experience with cloud-based databases and data warehouses (Azure) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a legal, professional services, or regulated industry environment. - Familiarity with legal case management systems and CRMs (e.g., Filevine, LeadDocket, HubSpot). - Understanding of personal injury legal processes and key performance metrics. - Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices. - Background in KPI development and performance tracking for legal or service-based teams. - Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, R) is a plus.
